so i'm thinking i'm getting carpal maybe, i dunno. i play basketball a bunch, and the only time i ever actually feel wrist pain is when i follow through on my shot. i am on the pc lots too so i'm always using the mouse, but there's never any pain with that. one thing i find weird is that i can stop playing ball for like 2-3 weeks and then the next time i shoot my wrist still hurts. am i gonna have to buy a dumb splint or something? anyone have carpal here?

Do you weightlift? When I used to lift pretty heavy my wrists would hurt like a bitch after a game of hockey.

Try to do wrist exercises that only use those muscles when you open your hand really wide. e.g. put all your fingers (and thumb) of your right hand together and wrap a rubberband around them. Now try to spread your fingers apart... the rubberband should be tight enough that this is difficult to do but still doable... do it for 1 continuous minute 4-5 times per day.

Also, try jerking it with your left hand.
So you click their picture and then you get their money?
