You guys were, regardless of the outcome of this game, going to go to one of the two predetermined MAC bowl games. The outcome of this game meant nothing and your University should be ashamed of itself for it's cowardly actions.
Note both schools I root for went a combined 7-17 this year.

well it's not the best scenario game wise but like 'Tanes said, it'd be HUGE exposure for a team in a non-BCS conference as there would have been a media-frenzy about the game (had both teams remained undefeated).

my school went 13-1 lost in the playoffs because our RB got arrested, and our QB threw as many interceptions in that game as he threw all year. GG

Ball State game was bullshit. Two terrible instant-replay reviews that went against Ball State, within a play or two of those replays they lost fumbles that went for TDs. Glad I didn't have money on the game. I was with two guys that did, though, so it made it a pretty hilarious game to watch.
