Anyone else see this movie?

I thought it was pretty good....sans Vin Diesel.

I saw it in the theaters when it came out and own it on DVD. I watch it pretty often. I find myself quoting too many lines from it, but I think it's a kickass flick.

Yea, Vin didn't impress me much in that flick.

I keep thinking about that conversation they had in the stairwell when he told Vin the feds were coming. Vin starts yelling and it seemed so fake..
But I did like the movie.

Boiler Room is a good flick.

I don't remember there being anything about poker in the film, though. Good movie, nonetheless.

Yep thats one of my favorites. One of the first dvds I bought actually. I was trading a lot of stocks a the time so I loved it all the more but it is pretty unrealistic. The Casino that dude was running out of his apartment was the shit though. I've always wanted to open one after I saw that.

Since you mentioned Vin Diesel - many of you probably dont know he was one of soldiers in Saving Private Ryan too. The one that ran up into that building to get that kid and got shot by a sniper in the street.

Oh yeah! That's right... before he got into the phone/stock scam thing. That was slick.

What games were they playing?

It was pretty slick, the guy hired a dealer and everything, made a killing.

Actually, the film is pretty realistic... I worked for a small online brokerage in the late 90's... sex, drugs, NASD knocking at the door, frat house like office, Xmas parties at the Waldorff Astoria in NYC with hookers, limos.... awesome.

I liked the movie. Poor Vin. Everybody's a hater. He should just stick with Riddick and be done with it.

Don't take "The Pacifier" away from me!
I don't know what they have to say
It makes no difference anyway.
Whatever it is...
I'm against it.
