So I've been coming to FTR for like 2 months now. I play in a non regular home game with a bunch of guys I know. The last one was shortly before I started visiting FTR. We play several $5 SNG's in a night. I used to always camp out till I was ITM, usually finishing 2nd, because by the time it got to heads up I would be severely short stacked.

Then there was last night, granted I've played a couple thousand hands in the last 2 months, so my experience also greatly increased, and of course there is the knowledge that FTR bestowed upon me. We played 4 games, I won 3 of them and took 2nd in the other.

Thanks FTR! You're the greatest.

It's a live poker game, I doubt the level of play is even as high as 5$ PPer SnG

They go quickly because we don't play with $1500 in chips like you get online. We play with $5 in chips, every chip equals a quarter. So we start with 20 chips, blinds are .25/.50. So basically every starts with pretty short stacks. We don't raise the blinds at all until we are heads up, then they go up every 15 min. Every games last a bout 60 minutes. We do this so if somone gets knocked out, they don't have to sit and twiddle their thumbs all night waiting to get into the next game.
