Can you sharpen the brown orb thing? Very pixely.
Adding naked dudes can't hurt. Maybe 5-6 lens flares.

I think it would look better if the pattern for the middle bit (the thing that stars about 'L' ends about 'R') wasn't so exactly symmetrical.

LOL wow orange oreos. WTF does that taste like? Anyways scratch the nekid dudes. Not Happening. Not sure which part your talking about on the pixely part but ill try and smooth something out... I prob wont go with the lense flares they take away from the actual banner and will create to much of a distraction.
I hear what your saying about it looking symetrical mark. Im going to try and fix that up. Not sure what im going to do about it yet. Thats not the actual text that will be on the banner. Just a test. It is the font im going to use though. Will probably be a shorter name and larger font. Kind of take up more space. Hmm does kind of look like an oreo. W/e i like oreos tho. Ill probably remove the black at the top. The bottem blackness is gunna stay tho cause its going to drop down where the navigation links are. Thanks for your advice guys it really helps, aside from the fact that i dont have any oreos to eat... shit.

I'm really hating the font you chose. Maybe it's just the stroke is too thick though.
Also, don't know if you have any control over the name but I really don't think it suits a poker community. Problem is, if you eliminate that, I guess your whole design is kind of moot since it looks like you designed around the name.
