i guess i dont understand why people are embarrassed by some of their opinions. it then becomes very confusing to me that people can think poorly of their opinions in one arena yet religiously espouse an opinion gathered via the same means in another arena
so yea im not embarrased by anything i like. i guess the closest would be that im mega atheist and i like some christian stuff. not so much standard christian stuff, but some christian hymns, like some found in o brother where art thou. also i think the christian band pray for rain is pretty good even though i dont listen to them anymore.
good music is good music. if you're embarrassed you think something is good then maybe it's not good and the reason you like it is not because it's good, but for another reason.

I am an absurdly huge Mark Tremonti fan, and therefore Creed is by far the gayest band I fucking love. I can literally play every single song they have ever written on guitar, note for note up to their Weathered CD (which I dont like at all other than 2 songs).
When I was teaching myself to play guitar and drums, I would just put in one of their CDs and just play along start to finish.
Mark Tremonti is fucking awesome.

Creed" according to Google. Although it's fixed now, you used to be able to type in "the worst band in the world" in Google and search it. "Creed" would be seen everywhere.
