Find a good Vietnamese restauraunt that delivers and get a big bowl of Pho Noodle soup with Round Steak and soft tendon. Add about a tablespoon of sriracha (will give it enough kick to clear out the ol' noggin) and a couple of fresh bay leaves.
Really awesome any day of the week, but quite possibly the best food in the world when you're sick.

Did you mean basil leaves? I hope you're not eating bay leaves. Those won't go down well.
Pho is the shit, yes. Eating tendon sounds sicker than it really is.
