Bottomline is, he may be annoying and perhaps not keeping his promises, but so far, he hasn't broken any rules. You did.
By the way, you all need to read the Rules Of Conduct to the very end. There is a procedure in place to appeal Strikes.

Had you brought supermoneyz1's harrassment PMs to my attention privately before, he would've (at least) received a Strike and you wouldn't have a Strike right now.
Just be mature and smart about it. At this point, it's now your word against his. The rules are fair. You need to learn how to make things work within their framework.
And please don't judge how I'm dealing with supermoneyz1. There are things that happen and decisions being made out of public view that don't need to be aired in public. Just because you don't see me doing anything publicly doesn't mean steps aren't being taken to remedy these situations.
