OK, so AP refuses to reimburse me for a hand I KNOW was folded by their software yet they refuse to take any responsibility for. I have posted it in the bad beat forum, but in short I had QQ and flopped top set, raised villains donk bet on the flop, he checks turn to me and my hand auto-folded! WTF? I don't know how much more convincing you can get than that hand. Sure, if he bet into me, I could admit that I may have accidently hit the fold button. However, he checked to me and therefore I have to both hit "fold" and also CONFIRM it when the idiot reminder pops up to make sure I really want to fold. That is completely ridiculous to think I would do that. As such, I am warning all of you out there not only of this software bug, but of their completely uncooperative customer service. Apparently, VIP status means nothing to them...they would rather save $30 than get $6k in rake from me per year. Get out of AP before they burn you as well. They DO NOT CARE about you.

I am just pissed about the fact that I consider myself a good customer...certainly any brick and mortar casino would comp me a dinner or something. But AP, NO WAY!

OK, rant over. Can you tell me what are the good sites out there that are US friendly. I don't want to go to FT, Stars or UB.

If you don't want to go to FT, Stars or UB then you're fucked.

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

I think Stars gets a worse rap than deserved for cash games. Certainly it's nowhere near as easy as the super fishy euro sites, but I think the games have been a bit softer lately.
