i just made a withdraw, and i got this email from Moneygram saying i needed to go to an agent of theirs or something. well, heres the email. has anyone had to do this recently?
To complete your CashRefund cashout please follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Visit a Moneygram agent taking some identification, your reference number, sender name and sender location with you.*
Step 2: Complete the simple ‘receive’ form (the green one) and show your identification – you will then be given your money, usually in your local currency. If the location does not have enough cash on hand you may be given a cashier’s check. Local check cashing fees may apply.
*You may be required to provide personal identification, usually one or more of the following: passport, driving license, national identity card or a government issued identification. Requirements vary by country so please ask your local Moneygram branch for acceptable identification formats.
NOTE: You must visit an agent within your country of residence. If you attempt to use an agent outside your country of residence you will not be able to collect the funds.

oh, you don't know what money gram is do you?
http://www.moneygram.com/index.htm
It's like Western Union. I think it's shady that you have to lie to the agent and tell them that the money is for debt consolidation. I just cashed out by check. It's the only reasonable way to go with echecks being fucked and epassporte bailing.

Because they aren't allowed to wire money for you to gamble on the internets. By agent they just mean a guy behind the glass. Probably not someone who is going to care what the money is for. I didn't mean to make you nervous, you aren't going to get interrogated or anything.

No they give you cash. If they don't have enough cash they will give you a cashiers check.

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

I've heard that PokerStars support is the best in the business...
Why don't you shoot them an e-mail stating that you wanted to cash out by check, not Moneygram... I'm sure they'll fall over themselves to help you out, especially with your recent history with them!

It's unavailable anywhere right now because everyone is backed up with echeck cash outs. It's because of epassporte pulling the plug.

You can do a stop payment on the check. I think it costs $25.
