This just seems unreal. I was wondering if anyone has heard of this or knows anyone who's actually tried it.

Looks legit to gain 3-4 lbs in 4 weeks but not 34 lbs. It really isn't sponsoring anything so maybe he just hit a huge testosterone spike (or created one...more likely) and got lucky.

He's basically plugging the Arthur Jones HIT ( High Intensity Training) method and promoting his own book (Spenda, look at the top of the page, the Big banner). It's an excellent program for the short term Red but don't look for these type of results. Natural muscle gain will take a little more time on a high metabolism than 3-4 lbs a week but the eating plan is right for an ectomorph of any kind trying to gain lean mass. High protein and slow burning carbs, eat as much as you can handle and hit the gym for 45 mins to an hour Max! then rest. Read up on the HIT style of training if you want, it's not for everybody, but will eliminate overtraining in Hard gainers and people with a tendency to be in the gym too much with little or no improvement. When we had that long thread on exercise and weight training it was said that diet is 90%, that still applies whether you are trying to gain muscle or lose fat.

Yea, I didn't see the banner
I've tried the HIT program with limited success.
Here is me
Slow metabolism
No real body type (right now I'm 5'10" 175lbs and it's not all muscle)
Limited energy/drive
Proper eating habits when I want to
I dedicate myself for like 3-4 months, see decent results, then quit. 6 months later I get back on it and repeat. I cannot seem to sustain a healthier lifestyle.

Here is me:
Dunno metabolism.
Skinny as hell. 6', 170. No muscle at all. 34" waist
Tons of energy, limited drive
Proper eating habits when its easy -- and not expensive as hell.
Will this work for me? 30 minutes in the gym twice a week sounds like something even I can do. Also his "slow carb" diet seems perfectly reasonable, especially since I get a pigout day!

The Colorado Experiment is very interesting. One thing, is a high-metabolism desirable for a HIT workout?
