I've started betting in the NBA, makes the week more interesting. I'm only placing bets for 1/2 units until I can really sink my teeth into the season. But, I'll start placing my picks for discussion, and anyone else that bets in the NBA, I'd love to hear your picks.

Anyway, my picks for Monday, Dec. 6:

Dallas at Chicago, Mavs -1.5 (at Nine.com)
Miami at Clippers, Clippers -4.5 (at Bodog)
Minnesota at Utah, T-Wolves -3 (at Bodog)

Again, I'm only placing half unit bets for now. Dallas is looking strong this season with a record of 11-5. Chicago is ok, but I can't imagine this game being this close. Dallas also has a winning record on the road at 5-3.

I'm choosing Clippers over Miami. This may be a little shocking, but if you haven't noticed, the Clippers are leading the Pac division with an 11-5 record, and are currently ranked 2nd in the West. And Miami's hurting, Shaq is out and will not play. I'm choosing the Clippers at home, where they are 6-1.

And finally, Minnesota has turned it up a notch winning their last 4 out 5 games. Utah sucks and has a 2-6 record at home.

No replies, hopefully some of you are betting NBA and made similar bets as me. I'm checking out Tuesday's games, but I'm not sure if anything looks good.

And in the NFL, Seattle rocks!
