Or more importantly, am I the only one who thinks this show has gone to complete boring shit, has lost all the appeal that made it a runaway hit in season one, and will slide out of mainstream appeal into nerd obscurity faster than the X-files?

It has gotten a bit more boring.
If you get the chance, get the DVD of Point Pleasant. Now THAT was an awesome show.

The first season of LOST was intense. I don't get wrapped up in TV shows very often, but that show was awesome.
The second season of LOST is, umm....Kinda hokie at times and downright LAME at others. I haven't seen an episode in two weeks (I have both recorded on my DVR, but might not ever watch them).

Yeah I am to ADD to watch any show anymore, I always forget ot watch stuff and then I cannt get into it when I have only seen half the episodes.

I didn't actually watch the trading spouses show but I've seen clips on the net. She is fucking nuts man.
As for lost, I've never watched it so I can't say anything. I just want to know when 24 comes back. I finally have a DVR so I can actually watch the whole season instead of watching the first 4 episodes missing the next two and then refusing to watch the rest of the season because I have no idea what's going on.

Well, I just got into Lost this season, so it's still exciting to me. Actually, I think I'm gonna buy the first season DVD pretty soon.
I'll tell you what should still be on though: The Lone Gunmen. God, what a great show.

Lost has lost some of its appeal. Especially with all the reruns they do throughout the season. And now their going to go back and show what happened to the other half of the flight. Some things you can just drag out too long.

The first season was soo good. But in the second season they are trying way to hard to make everything a big mystery. Every new episode leaves us with 5 new questions or things to wonder about but never gives us any real answers. There is way to much going on and now they are starting with the backstory of the other survivors the show will just get twice as complicated. I mean think of all the stuff that has gone on unanswered forever. Where the hell did the polar bear come from? What was the monster in the woods that grabbed the man out of the plane? Who are the Others? What do they do? What was the monster that appeared as the black smoke? What is the purpose of the hatch? What does the button really do? What do the numbers mean? All have gone unanswered forever! Now i dont even want to think about what more questions they will give us with the story of the other survivors. Its like you need a freakin reference manual to watch the show. Who was that guy again? What did she say before? Where was that? Ill look it up in my handy manual.
I heard that the others are going to be Zombie like creatures or turn the people they take into Zombie like creatures.. if that ends up being the case that will be way to gay and i will have to stop watching

Ok, sorry. The only real TV programming that doesn't suck is CSI. Pretty much everything else is void of intelligence.
