Great result for Curbs in his first game. Should give them some confidence going into the Christmas fixtures.

No. Sounds like West Ham had a corker though. Apparently survived some pressure from Man U (apparently Green made a corking save from Ronaldo ) though they had chances themselves to take the lead on 75. Curbs has been praised in the press for making a double attacking substitution when the scores were still level.

Im a man united fan, we didnt take our chances, and football seems to have a funny knack of punishing you for this.

I'm a Blackburn supporter, but I REALLY don't want Man U to win the Prem. Was watching the Chelsea v Everton game, obviously willing on Chelsea as they have the best chance of overtaking Man U... I was bricking it tho when they went down 1-0 and even more so when it was 2-1. Thankgod for the late goals!! Phew... at least they kept up with Man U.

Later watched the Man U game, thought I was a foregone conclusion that they would win, how I was wrong! Tho MU dominated possession in second half especially and had loads of shots, they lacked quality finishing.

Again I was shitting it in the last 20mins with all that pressure put on WH... But, phew...

HAHAHAHAHAHA @ Man U, you blew your advantage LOL

C'mon CHELSEA!!!

Missed the game. I'm glad they lost in a way. Will smarten them the hell up instead of thinking they are unbeatable.

haha, why does this not suprise me. Just like Blackburn in 94/95 Chelsea have bought the league title.

No heritage and tradition at Chelsea, just arrogance. Cant wait for Real Madrid syndrome to kick in.

totally forgot about this thread.

I was shitting bricks at all the pressure MU had on us after we scored. our goal was probably ur first chance sine half time. teddy is a leg, he did it again.

chelsea lack heritage thats true.

made a point with my friend there that now everyone hates chelsea when it use to be MU. one KEY difference i thought of was that MU (i dont think) ever BOUGHT the title (or arsenal), players were developed bar the one big acquisition a year.

C'mon CHELSEA!!!

why would anyone neutral want chelsea to win the premiership?
Im a blade btw.
Chelsea are pretenders to man utd in every way. All they have is alump sum of cash, they dont compete as a brand with man utd, they dont have the prestige, they dont have the history, and they have just imported foreigners into the game.
Man utd created a champions league team from predominantly british players. We should regard this as the pinnacle of enlgish football over the last 20years or so, british players becoming the best.
Chelsea are pretenders to that, and always will be IMO.
When an idiot like celtics chairman, or kenyon at chelsea says they can brand their clubs bigger and better than man utd they are mistaken. Itll take both these clubs 15years to put in place the infrastructure man utd (and leeds fwiw) have at youth level. Chelsea are behind sheff utd who only just got promoted in this department.
If chelsea are to be the reps of our league then they are a poor one.

Man, i really dont like man utd either, but they are soooooo much more preferable to kenyon, morinho and chelsea.

QFT. And I'm an Arsenal fan. It makes me sick to my stomach to have to praise Man Utd in this way (or in any way for that matter), but Miffed is right.

I hate ManYoo, but I hate Chelsea's smug arrogance more.
