 ever since i installed Spyware Doctor on my computer my shit is slow as molasses. does anyone have any ideas to speed it up/better anti spyware?

 I use ZoneAlarm Security Suite - firewall/AV/spyware. It only bogs down when it's actually running a full virus/spyware scan, otherwise it's fine.

If you want free then download AVG Anti-Spyware.
