I am running ICS on a Samsung Galaxy SII. The ICS keyboard is just OK. The Samsung keyboard is absolute trash. SwiftKey is a lot more intuitive than the stock ICS keyboard and does a better job of learning what you type (not only words, it learns entire phrases).

SwiftKey just put in a major update that makes it about 5x more intuitive. Miss a space? Itdoesntmatter = It doesn't matter.

Go Launcher EX (and unrelated live wallpapers) puts the entire iShit ecosystem to shame. iPads are still handy though.

Battery is as good as anything I have had in the past. I can go all day on a charge. I plug it in at night and that is it

I had a Xperia last year (not the Z), the processor was incredibly slow. Doing more than one thing made it grind to a standstill. |

One of my favorite apps is MightyText. It allows you to send and receive texts from your computer/tablet through your phone. That way I can type my texts, or receive and send them wherever I have a computer/tablet. It is super slick.

And of course I get a BlackBerry Z10. But I'm handing it over to my girl, to get a Z30 instead. I don't play games on my phone, and as a communications device a Z30 can't be beat. Awesome radio te keep that motherfucking signal alive, everyone has BBM nowadays, passable camera and a proper file system you can access.

I love my z10, and with the latest 10.2 update, the android player can play directly .apks without conversion. There's even a droid store app you can download and install em' directly with.

I tried boom beach. So basically if you don't pay for diamonds you're forced to play at a snail's pace?

I've never paid for a diamond. Never will. It's a long term game, with little spurts of intense play, then waiting on until the upgrade is finished before attacking for more loot.

Is there much difference between boom beach and Clash of clans other than the setting and characters? I was looking at both of these as a time waster now that I think Simpsons tapped out has run it's course for me

Swiftkey is actually good now! I used swype for years. It was great during the beta, after that it became complete shit. Got slow, started crashing and removed all profanities from predictions. It was surprising to me how many of those I require to express myself adequately. I just went back to the standard keyboard for a while but swiftkey seems to do the job now.

Swiftkey is must have and was one of the biggest sellers for me over iPhone and BB when I made the switch. People still are in awe when seeing how I type compared to their phones

Looong time swype user, I don't have a problem with it except for this (which maybe it's a feature I am now aware of).
