I donated on the most previous bomb, and will donate again this time.
If Ron Paul is elected we all become very rich poker players. Even if he doesn't get elected all support of him is very valuable for future endeavors for his and our causes. No donation or vote is ever wasted.

Man did that feel good. There's something patriotic about supporting Paul. Kinda weird and new feeling. I remember when I first found his youtube vids. Didn't think it was possible for a politician to not have his head up his moral and constituencies' ass.

It's a shame, that.
I'd never heard of him until about a month ago.

i am still amazed at how many people *have not* heard of dr Paul . he rarely gets much media coverage as all the talking heads try to shove ghouliani , romney and Billarybama down our throats .
dr Paul is one of the only (if not the only) candidate who refuses to take corporate funding , all of his money comes from individuals who support his cause . if anyon ever watches the debates , only recently has he been given any significant airtime to express his views . even now , the MSM passes him off as a fringe candidate who 'doesnt have a chance to win the republican nomination' .. . .. .. will they say that when he is BY FAR the highest fund raiser for the fourth quarter ? his grassroots supporters even PAID for a BLIMP to fly around the eastern US !! the people did this without any involvement from the official campaign.. its the first time in history this has happened .
im a registered independent , i voted for Nader in 2004 . this guy , even though a republican is one of the only candidates who doesnt give those wishywashy whatever makes you happy responses . he's all about scaling back our government , bringing *all* of our troops home , getting rid of the personal income tax , the CIA , hell ... he wants to put America on a proper bankroll so we dont go BUSTO and fail due to the chineese controlling our currency .
blah blah blah , i highly suggest that anyone who is even slightly curious about this guy , watch his youtube videos , surf the net and learn somthing about his stances . EVEN if you do not agree with any of them you will have educated yourself about whats at stake when we vote AND you will have learned something about yourself and your principles . =-p

great thread. it's a pathetic that most americans pay more attention to reality tv than they do their nation's politics.

It's been said that when people watch Paul speak they love him, and it's true. I thoroughly believe that if he was the GOP candidate he would crush the Dems because everybody would get to know his constitutional, non-invasive, peaceful, and economically awesome policies.
The GOP really doesn't wanna change their mutated stance, though. I hope if Paul loses the primaries he'll run Independent. He'll get a larger vote than any other Independents, possibly win, yet possibly most importantly he'll get his message out and this will aid in future political developments.

I really wish he had a chance this election. My god if the two running are Hilary and Guliani, I'm going to Canada seriously.
