Is it AOL IM? How come everyone here uses AIM and not MSN? I guess its an american thing? Everyone here in the UK seems to use MSN, but all you guys are AIM.. 
Can anyone recommend a good universal messenger software - I really like msn tho cos it shows the current song Im playing and my avatar - can anything else do this?

I go with trillian as you can use all of them at once!
But yeah I love msn much more than shitty AIM, and I am usa! I sure could use you guys during my games I might have to turn on my chats whilst I play

so I can chat to people on MSN and AIM at the same time, even though one is signed into one and someone else the other?

I'm an MSN junkie too. It's the main thing everyone uses in Canada. I actually never heard of many people using AIM until I started hanging around on this site.
Any MSN users should add me too!!!
