one nice thing about playing for those stakes is you can tell bad beat stories and people don't get annoyed listening to them. it'll come around.

tommy and i worked out a shorthand for bad beats. we just list the number of outs and "once" or "twice" so after a horrible session i say "tommy 9 twice but then 3 once, 2 twice, 9 once, 4 once but i did put a 4 twice on 'em." and he'll say "that sucks. beer?" works great.
