People are curious as to the average age of FTR members - could be an interesting demographic study, anyway here it is.
My answer is 33yrs BTW.

LOL. This post was at the top when I hit the forum. I didn't realize there were 7 other "whats the age" posts below it until I posted.

Well, Tyler - be careful. As you can see from the statistics, when you turn 25, there is a 70% chance you will quit poker (or at least FTR)

It's settled then. I am the old fart here. My youngest son is older than the average and oldest son is older than the oldest to post so far. I have two grandaughters that are half zenbitz age.
Nice to know I can win at something. Or, is that a bad beat? LOL
I think it is wonderfull what you 'kids' have available today. If this kind of information would have been available in 'my day' , who knows, I might be dead broke today. LOL!

No, I said half of your stated 15. But I will take your advice anyway But I guess I got the wrong screen name.
Yeah, I wondered how many of y'all would pick up on the 'fossil' thingy. LOL
I was a logger in a previous life, mainly as a contract timber faller. I used to say I was Masta-Don the Dyno-Sawer; my name being Don. I have tried to use Mastadon as a screen name many times but is always taken along with Megladon. So, use Astrodon which is a prehistoric creature meaning 'Star Tooth'. Then there is Heterodon(tosaurus) meaning "different tooth lizard" but it just wouldn't have the same desired effect. 8-)
I have day-dreamed of playing NLHE with Raymer. The 'fossil-man' playing the 'fossil'. But probably beyond the flower of my age, therefore is indeed a day-dream.

I actually have once. He sat down at the Poker Stars 5/10 NL game one day a couple months ago , which I'm sure was basically penny poker to him. Then in one hand he rivered a flush to take my stack!

I´m 27. 28 in August 2005.
BTW december is nice for birthday when you´re a kid. Many gifts in differents dates make December the best month of the Year. And even better if your birthday is in school times. Here in Venezuela, in August all schools are in holidays, so every mate had his/her birthday party but me . No party, No gifts lol
But, on the other hand is better to wake up late in your birthday instead of getting up early to go to school. Thats the positive side. I think everything has a possitive side.
About playing against Raymer, I am far away of liking to put chips in a table with poker stars, I would feel like Nemo , even being Nemo nobody have to know that
cya.
