God this is so funny. It's a crowd of 100 or so people filmed in Japan that run up and scare/confuse others. I would love to be able to organize something like this with friends and film it... great stuff.

They've been doing these in NYC for a few years, they call them Flash Mobs. I've always wanted to take part in one or help organize one but haven't gotten around to it.
