When I eat at home, I eat a lot of staples, rice, pasta, beans, etc. And I try to cook in ways that stretch the protein (which is generally the most expensive part of the meal), such as stir fries. Also, adding an egg or two to boost protein content is awesome, cuz eggs are nearly free when compared to other sources of protein.
