well you should probably realize that some NL100 regs don't have a solid 4b strategy
I was playing a nit HU and 3bing him a lot
he 4b me once, I had AK and I shipped it in
for the next 600 hands he didn't 4b a single time despite me 3bing him almost ATC

I'll take it one further - I'd bet 9 out of 10 players at ALL levels and stakes should probably focus more on other things besides 3 betting.

So on a serious note, weekends tilt me to no end. It drives me nuts playing with players when I have no idea what they have. Saturday was a complete nightmare, everyone hit their miracle card I was not happy. Two 2 outers and one 3 outer for - 5 BIs as 2 of these where 200 BBs deep. I finished down 3 BIs.
Sunday has been much better, +10 BIs. I seemed to hit every hand for about 2 hours before I started to tail off. I get winners tilt if I play too long being up so much. I should be getting close to a 200nl shot by mid week, barring any setbacks.
I am also trying to treat poker as more of a real job. It is hard to do because of the nature of poker and the freedom that it provides. Here is my plan, I start my work week on Friday, then I play until I hit ~30 hours. When I hit ~30 hours I get to take the rest of the week off, then start again on Friday. I think this will motivate me to get in the hours on the weekend so I can tilt my brains out.

We'll after taking a few days off, I went out of town into the woods, I got back to the grind this past weekend. Not much to report or anything cool. I am now 2 BI's short of a 5 BI 'shot' at 200nl. I am also going out of town this weekend, so I need to get the grinding in now.
Todays random thoughts: I have been looking for spots to try and take away +EV spots for other regs. You know spots where they double barrel or check raise. I find that each player has his own little bread and butter reads and plays that they go off of. They use these B & B spots to make up for their weaknesses. I think that most common is the lite 3bets, but what about the payers hat don't 3bet lite? They have their spots too, and I am gonna find them and either prevent them from getting there or abusing them when they do.

So after hitting a mini swing of - 5 BIs, then grinding 3 back I took my shot at 200nl anyway. I am set for next month with minimal play due to PS bonuses, so I guess this seemed as good a day as any. It went great +~4 BIs in 750 hands. I ran pretty good as I had AA twice v KK, which is a great feeling since it has been the opposite for about 2 months now. I also updated my pt3 and downloaded some new stats I think will help, like pos 3bet stats and att to steal from the SB.
