O god, I wouldn't even consider NOT getting it in on this flop if some jerk-off wanted to here. I'm pretty certain I've never folded a flopped set (on the flop that is). It would almost be asinine to, given that you have at least one out to the nuts . But even if there are 3 to a straight/flush on the board, you still have considerable equity (~35%) even if they did flop it. Easy to get it in (given you are getting the right odds obv.)

Pls get to 25NL faster so we can race to 100NL sir. Mmk go!
Edit: Also, you asked about lessons w/Spoon and rakeback. They're [lessons] on hold for awhile as he's going through stuff or w/e but the ones I had were amazing and completely revolutionized my game in ways I can't describe. Well, I could describe them I guess. Anyways, he creates a great approach to the game and playing a hand and I think he's a great teacher.
For RB on FTP I just emailed them repeatedly asking "THIS IS SO SIMPLE JUST GIVE ME RAKEBACK I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY I CANNOT HAS RAKEBACKS" and I got it after about two months of bitching, but not being too mean.

About FT:
It took them 3 months to give me rakeback, but I didn't bitch much. I sent them 2 emails and I sent the affiliate one. I don't know whether this matters or not, but I hadn't played on FT in over 2 years and when I did I played for like a month, bought in at $500 and cashed out with like $300. Then, a little while ago, a friend that owed me money asked if he could pay me on FT and I ok'd it, so suddenly I had $200 in my FT account. It was still a few weeks before they sent me the email saying I have RB. I don't really know what criteria they're using or if any of this has anything to do with it.
On the one-outer, you're always getting it in there. Fun times hitting it tho!
Playing well means that we don't get to suck out nearly as often as bad players, so when it happens... well, enjoy it! :P

we should make this a multi-way prop on this
gogogo dranger i bet you can do it regardless of having to go to boot since you're a grinding machine

lol, ME a grinding machine. That is extremely laughable right now, but thank you sir. And as for a prop, fuck that. Even though I MAY be moving up in the next couple of weeks, I'm in no rush, and I don't want the added pressure of MORE money on the line to force me to make mistakes.
As for poker progress, it's been going pretty decent so far. Nothing major to report as of right now, other than I have 27,000 hands to clear by May 1st at 12 am. Weeee lol. Ah well, at my current volume of putting in hands, thats like 3-4 hours per day. And Tuesday and Thursday I can easily put in 6 hour days. I just gotta get motivated.
Will update later in the week.

Yea I use copilot. Mines been fucking up HARDCORE tho. It fucking freezes all the damn time, and cant keep up with 12 table for shit. Other then that, im ok with it :/.
And no not yet Harley. Thinking about taking shot soon. I'm going to not talk about my results (if i can ) until the end of April when I post my monthly graph. I think that will be better than posting a frickin graph every week. Ruins the suspense (lol) imo. Will update later.
O also, got in 3k hands today, so I put in 1200 more than im supposed to "on average" so thats good.

3K! Oh boy, I was actually thinking about not trying to complete my side of the prop bet because it looked like you wouldn't reach yours!
Bout to hop back on that horse and get a few K hands in this weekend.

@ Badgers: Yea, I have thought about it, but I'm just gonna buy a decent desktop when I get back from boot in the fall and then get HEM. Less complications and whatnot (for me ).
@ CBAT: Don't you even take it easy on me by not putting in your hands lol. Daven sure didn't :/. He's sittin on 70k hands (probably more by now, dude is a machine), I got like 23-24k left to go, but those hands yesterday takes a little pressure off. Gonna try to get in at least 2k more before I go to work a 12 hour shift. *vomits*

Just posting to let you all know that, well... THIS OP IS COMPLETE BITCHES!!! BOOM HEADSHOT!!! From $10-600+ in 5 months 6 days is quite an accomplishment for me. I've looked back over the very beginning of this operation, and I have to lol at some of my posts. Like in one, I say "things are going good, hope I don't tilt away my roll" then in the VERY NEXT POST i say something like "took my roll to 25nl, got pwned, lost most of it" LOL. (Would like to add that I haven't played outside of my BR since. I have always had at least 20BI's for the current stakes I am playing.) Good times, good times.
Now that I am properly rolled for 25nl (and I've been playing there the last couple of days) I think unless I get epically bitchslapped down, I will be here to stay (well, until I iz rolled for 50nl ). I will post garph from beginning of blog until now, and later on today I will make a new thread for my 25nl and 50nl progress and make a link in this one so all you stalkers that NEVER POST ( ) can find it. Although that blog won't be updated very much until next fall, since I'll be in bootcamp all summer.
I can't believe I actually accomplished this though. Going from not knowing that a straight beats a flush ( ) to where I am now (not THAT much better, but its an improvement) is amazing. I have a hobby that can/will be profitable. If I ever get to the point where I'm playing 100nl-200nl and am pwning, I can always stop and think that it all started with $10 LOL. Awesome.
Ok enough rambling, this is going to be a tl;dr post shortly (even for me :/). Heres some perty pictures to soothe the eyes.
O just a lil fun fact, it took me 65,940 hands (not including donkaments, but those probably cost me a shit ton of profit tbh) to get from where I started to where I am now. Ok DONE, PICS TIME!!!

Dude I am so freaking tired. My girlfriend is coming over early tomorrow (I mean, today) morning. And I'm gonna be so tired. All because SOOOOOOOOOOMEBODY had to do so freaking well at a tournament that ended at 4 in the freaking morning. I hate you for making me lose 3 buy-ins at 3 am. ENJOY YOUR DAMN BANKROLL BOOST OF 23.9%. JERK.
|
OP: Beginner to Master
If I bet as a bluff, I should be thinking "am I getting better hands to fold? Is it likely that he will fold x% of the time to a y sized bet to make it +EV?". If I bet for value, I should be thinking "am I getting worst hands to call? Am I ahead of enough of his range that this is a good value bet?".

Lol this was back when I actually had motivation in life and pokerz. I'm at $300 and 10nl now. Was up to 50nl with $1700 BR, went on a 23 BI downswing at 50 and 25nl back in October and have been stuck ever since with pretty much no motivation. Shit happens then you die amirite.
