Have you tried posting an hour video of you playing while commentating on every decision, villain's ranges, your perceived range, and just general poker theory in between decisions? If not, try that.

It's probably not something you can pinpoint by looking at general stas, but more likely that you jus suck postflop. I think the video idea is defo good.

This is such a weird time at 10nl. I always hit a high then I get a cooler (never a bad beat but a cooler) and then have some crap sessions after. I had a horrible stretch a while back after I had the top full house lose to quads and then went on a slide. I goty back up, to my highest point, and then last 2 sessions I had my crap time. AA lost to 89 when maniac fish flopped 99X and then I lost set vs set.
I seem to get totally destroyed by maniac fish. I see them bet huge with poor hands on multiple streets but when I play I run into 2 pair+.
Then I get into my poor play mode where I call reraises too much and convince myself that their range is behind mine. Its so weird to see my graph and then look at those sessions where i start to drop off. They are almost identical. Hit new high, cooler, play bad, fix problem, slowly crawl out of ditch, repeat....
On another note, I have played some hands with what I would call a good 10nl reg. He is by far the best reg I've seen and he wont be there for long. For whatever reason, he is going after me and thinks I totally suck. Almost every time i raise pre and he was left to act, even if I was in EP, he would 3bet me. He has a 5% 3bet over about 500 hands and most of them are vs me....he really never picked on others like this....it was weird....
In one of the final hands, I raised AA in EP and he reraised. I decided to call and keep him in the hand. The flop came Q high and he vbet and I reraised. He folded and asked if I had QQ which tells me he had a decent hand if he was asking at all.
His stats are solid, about 12/11. He has never flat called until the button and never in the SB. He is truly good, and I have no need to play pots with him but it is very interesting to see him come after me....I must have done a few bonehead plays and he thinks I suck worse than the others...

I know what you mean about 10NL. I'm in my 3rd month now and still looking to profit. I had AA last month and I had a guy (solid player, I thought) call my 4x 3bet w/Q6o. He hit 2-pair on the flop and got it all-in. I hit runner-runner for a better 2-pair, but shit, why did he call the 3bet and almost stack me?
Regarding the better player, you could try a 4-bet bluff (I 4bet slightly more than 2x the 3bet size) to get him off your ass. He may have stats that you fold 100% to 3bets. Otherwise, just tighten up your OOP raising range or get another table.

Last sesh went great but took some days off to look at videos and relax.
A few Hands:
The villains were pretty loose running 40-60 vpip and low PFR. I won some I lost some...
Hand 1
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (9 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com
MP2 ($4.99)
MP3 ($18.03)
Villain (CO) ($6.42)
Hero (Button) ($10.01)
SB ($10.15)
BB ($7.77)
UTG ($4.32)
UTG+1 ($10.54)
MP1 ($4.58)
Preflop: Hero is Button with 6 , 6
UTG bets $0.40, 4 folds, Villain calls $0.40, Hero calls $0.40, 2 folds
Flop: ($1.35) 4 , 8 , 6 (3 players)
UTG checks, Villain checks, Hero bets $0.70, 1 fold, Villain calls $0.70
Turn: ($2.75) 2 (2 players)
Villain checks, Hero bets $1.30, Villain calls $1.30
River: ($5.35) Q (2 players)
Villain bets $1.50, Hero raises to $5, Villain calls $2.52 (All-In)
Total pot: $13.39
Results:
Hero had 6 , 6 (three of a kind, sixes).
Villain had 8 , 8 (three of a kind, eights).
Outcome: $13.39 returned to Villain
meh what the hell can you do...
Hand 2

Villain checks, Hero bets $0.60, Villain calls $0.54 (All-In)
River: ($12.18) 8 (2 players, 1 all-in)
Total pot: $12.18
Results:
Villain had 5 , 6 (full house, sixes over eights).
Hero had A , A (two pair, Aces and eights).
Outcome: $12.18 returned to Villain
Of course a 6 is in his range but he was terrible so I have to imagine that KK, AQ, KQ, QJ were also in his range. His smaller stack helped me to make the call as well.

This was the same villain as in hand 2....his shove with top pair mid kick only solidifies my read of his range in hand 2.
I ended up all in 2x against him and felted him....it was nice.

I'm getting fucking tired of this shit...all it seems I do is steal blinds for 10 minutes and then get into a hand and get fucking raped by the worst players at the table....
Hand 1)
Villain running 80/20/8 over 75 he bet seemingly at randon and bluffed lots. I see him doing this with a variety of over pairs that I beat.

I just dont know if I can fold against these kinds of players. Someone running 25/15/x sure but not a 40/15/x.
I get absolutely fucking ass hammered by the worst players, the stations, the bluffers you name it. Does anyone fold these hands? Am I just fucking stupid and I cant see it? Do I fold KK on a 9924 board? 'Do I fold KK on a 234 board? I cant get any fucking value whatsoever. I win over 50% of my showdowns but I'm down 2 buyins in a session thanks to this shit...
Am I really just missing it here? Can I possibly fold these and say that that was right? It sbeen nonstop in 10nl....I get totally fucking tortured by these fucktards.
Oh wait I did flop quads and won a stack. Oh shit it was a $4 stack....right, fucking christ.
I look at my session, hands won, and its all blind stealing, no fuckin value betting to be found. I get a set, they get fuck all and fold the flop after raising in ep. A 10/8/2 raises in ep and he cant even have enough worth to call my bet.
If I'm fucking clueless so be it, but I just dont see anyone in the BC telling me to fold these hands....I cant just get it in with the nuts all the time. It just simply doesnt happen enough to play that tight.
25K hands at 10nl and I'm running a whole 1BB/100 hands.

Since I am not doing so hot at 10nl at PS (marginal winnings) I have decided to make a small dposit at a different site and start at 5nl and get up to 10nl and try it there. The players are far worse than PS and the site has regs that play 35/3/1.... its beautiful.
I am going to be selfish and not give out the site b/c its fairly small and the players there suck. They dont have a lot of tables but it doesnt matter with the caliber that they have. So the last thing I need to do is announce it to other FTR'ers what the site is and plug up the table with sharks.
The 10nl tables have average stats that equal the fishiest tables at PS....something I look forward to. We'll see how it goes.

I'm still here. Lovin the new site I'm at. Already at 10nl and doing well over the shorterm. The players are far worse than the ones at PS. They dont blind steal much, they are willing to stack off with poor hands much faster than PS player imo and the "reg" are faaaar worse than the regs at PS. Having 800 hands on a guy who plays 45/6/1.2 is a beautiful thing.
I know there are plenty here who played at stars ans dig great, but it hasnt been great for me. I was winning but only marginally. I also get some rake back which is nice....

Havent posted in a while....
Things are alright at 10nl. I need a bit more and I'll be at 25nl. I think I have been improving as far as knowing when to fold etc. I still struggle with knowing if I am betting too hard and blowing guys out of pots too much and not making enough in each hand. I still see showdown very rarely but I bet large to try and max EV, I just wonder if betting less would be more EV.
So I win lots of small ones, the occasional big one and then lose BIG ones in typical coolers like 3betting pre w/ KK, hitting set and then opp hits the lol flush w/ A8o. So my graph is still up and down in ridiculous fashion but I dont know what to do about that for now.
My favorite hand in the last while:
No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (7 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com
CO ($12.13)
Button ($13.76)
Flushisgood? (SB) ($12.73)
Hero (BB) ($14.15)
UTG ($9.75)
Bluffomatic (MP1) ($10.19)
MP2 ($9.92)
Preflop: Hero is BB with A , A
1 fold, Bluffomatic calls $0.10, MP2 calls $0.10, 2 folds, Flushisgood? calls $0.05, Hero bets $0.40, Bluffomatic calls $0.40, 1 fold, Flushisgood? calls $0.40
Flop: ($1.60) 6 , 4 , A (3 players)
Flushisgood? checks, Hero bets $1.20, Bluffomatic calls $1.20, Flushisgood? calls $1.20
Turn: ($5.20) A (3 players)
Flushisgood? checks, Hero bets $2.60, Bluffomatic raises $8.49 (All-In), Flushisgood? calls $8.49, Hero raises $9.85 (All-In), Flushisgood? calls $2.54 (All-In)
River: ($35.75) 3 (3 players, 3 all-in)
Total pot: $35.75
Results:
Flushisgood? had 8 , 7 (flush, Ace high).
Hero had A , A (four of a kind, Aces).
Bluffomatic had Q , 8 (one pair, Aces).
Outcome: Hero won $35.39

Glad you're ready to move up. I haven't played much at all lately. RL getting in the way. I had a lot of trouble adjusting to the software on the new site. It's getting better but I'm still more profitable on Stars and enjoy it more. I'll keep at it a while longer.

Well, I havent been here for a while. Ran poorly/didnt play great and went on a slide early on in 25nl so I moved back down to 10 nl to build. It shouldnt take too long b/c I hadnt reached my full stoploss yet but I had lost confidence so I dropped down to try again later.
Pissed me off but I'm over it now.
I think I will be able to play there eventually. I didnt do well, but I really dont think I was worse than others, I just wasnt getting much value and I got cooked against 1/2 stackers....real bad.
The reg's certainly werent outplaying me. Once the roll is back up I will have my full confidence back and give them hell...

It's good that you moved down for BR management. A lot of players wait too long when running/playing bad, I think. I'm fighting the urge to take a shot at 25NL.

Haven't posted in ages. I am still here....
I almost got my roll back to 25nl levels and then black fri hit. My poker site still invited US players so it got infested with nit regs and the site became gross. I pulled my money off.
I decided to go back to Pokerstars and I had $30 on there so i have quickly run it up to a 5nl roll and will make my way back to 10nl soon enough. 5nl is a step back for me and I have enjoyed seeing my progress. I have been able to put players on some pretty good ranges and have made some good calls, and been able to up my agression a little based on my reads of others. The month of July was great (16BB/100).

Still been playing well.
This hand is not the normal way I play sets (or FH's) but villain was pretty nit/tag so I thought donking the flop (hoping for a raise) and checking the turn would be a good way to get a bet from him. I figured a good river shove was in order.

Props on actually wanting to regrind to 25NL, in your shoes I'd probably have just redeposited up to that stake! Not sure I could ever play 5 NL again. That being said I have just regrinded my way up from 2 PLO after having done 2 NL to 50 NL before.

I much prefer to play against loose passives not loose aggressives. For whatever reason I dont feel comfortable against aggression. I should make lots against whales but I don't and I almost try to stay out of the way.
I think its cuz a few times I ended up getting stacked when they actually had a hand.
Here's one yesterday. I could have just shoved the turn but I was actually a bit worried for some stupid reason and was hoping villain would check the river.....wtf, I'm good here like 90% of the time.
I think I need to table select a bit and try to land some tables and leave if there are no whales.

Things continue to go well. 3 more BI's and I will move back to 10nl. The players are very weak/tight, loose passive. Blind stealing has been very profitable as seen by my first ever fairly flat redline.

A couple of 2x barrel hands:
1) Villains very passive.

2) Great turn to 2x barrel imo.
