Not much happening in poker. I've played the FTR HU championship and I'm out in the first round. Re-affirmed my choice to play 100% full tilt. For some funny reason I'm just completely confused with everything if the software doesn't look and work exactly like I expect it to. Postres is dying on me, so atm I have no HUD and no tracker, I hope I get this fixed in a couple of hours before Sunday Donkfest starts. |

100NL session. Instead of playing primarily deepstacked, I'm back to the standard NL tables - there aren't enough deep tables and I'm not totally comfortable with 100NL deep quite yet. Not enough PL tables to play PL only sessions either  3.5h +$210 |

5h +$630 I so want to go for it you don't even know. But I really should be quitting. I'm burnt out. But really I've already blown it with the 2 day break. Way to make a +6BI session feel like a loss. [x] monetary goals One spot 300bb deep against a maniac feesh where I should have 3b flop/got it in with tpgk, but went with pot control because it was slightly out of my comfort zone. That would have made me 200 more almost certainly. Only 25h and 15k hands this month. I really need to pick up pace. |

I realize I've been lacking goals a bit lately. The past things I wanted to get with poker money, and got it were, in chronological order: GTA IV new PC another drumset car kitchen The obvious next choice is obvious:  Should be achievable before 2012... and with a bit of luck I could get an ultra light or paragliding license this summer. But really what I want is to be able to get a job as a single engine aircraft pilot... iunno, maybe as a drug mule or something. |

I'm not going to play today. Played 4h of left4dead. Won 2 out of 3 vesus matches convincingly. It's amazing how people turn into whining fags when they realize they are dominated in a matchup. Only that they don't spazz and give me more monies - they just annoy me more. Every other minute: "WHO DID THAT? WHO WAS THAT?" I'm like "Me." ... silence It doesn't matter what I did wrong I reckon. It's only important that I did something wrong so he feels less responsible for us getting our asses kicked. People are weired. Not that I'm not responsible... I suck lol. But jesus some guys are bitches. |

Even though I got it in with a flushdraw on the flop once for 150bb and got snapped off with K high, and played a couple of hands pretty damn bad. First session this month with a negative red line. Half a year ago I would have hated life. Now it's really fine. right now I could drop 4k and I'd still feel comfortably rolled for 100NL... so that helps. 3h +$47 |

tytyty. I actually looked at some stats and used filters and stuff today. HEM says I is leakin'  UO = unopend it's mystats, then optimal range, and then rating from 1-10 - lol vs flop raise fold  So I'll have to ignore that, and hopefully play a session today because I need moar volume FFS! Tomorrow I'm going to drive a whole bunch of furniture around, and if the provider has finally sent me the modem, I can play tomorrows session from mah nu appartamentz! But I'm going out now. Just 1h yesterday. +$170 Hooch life heater - there was a bulletin on my door that we're getting a fiber glass connection in the house. I thought I had to settle with 4Mbit up, 2 down - With the new connection I can choose from packages up to 100Mbit (€70/munf) - I'm going to take one of the smaller plans ... 100Mbit is over the top, but it would be useful in dick size comparison type situations. Maybe I'll even stick with the 4mbit one depending on how reliable it is. I'm getting the modem tomorrow morning. |

karma strikes back! 2h -$780 Session started off terrible. I thought about quitting early, but I had some very good seats, so I decided playing it out. Didn't work too well. not so many hugely interesting spots. called off a minraise on the river with top 2 when I was good about 1 out of 87. and cbet/shovelled a 9 high flushdraw when I prolly should have just folded to the raise by a complete unknown, but that wasn't completely terrible either. shovelled a straightflush-draw and got over-flushed for 200bb... I don't see how I could have played that differently. That and I never got it in when I flopped big. Biggest pot won is $50, so that adds up. |

That was a fun hand. I did not expect you to call with worse - except some combo draw. But I didn't see you just calling better either, so I wasn't extremely worried about getting crushed. Nit is a nit, but does c/shove draws. It's still purty close cuz most of his draws are combo draws. I could just fold after he shoves, but that's not really what I do... u know, folding. I do like a shove better than a call tho. I'd be pretty lost in the hand if I just call. In retrospect I think folding might be best, because then you call and double up the nit and I can needle you about how great I am and how horrible your call was.  The new isp I'm getting is actually better than I thought... at least the way it looks now. It's not a shared connection. I get my own glass fiber cable directly into my apartment, and they're not offering "up to" xMbit, they're offering a "minimum" amount of Mbit/s. Up to 100Mbit Up AND Down. - for little more than what I was paying for 16Mbit down and 1.5Mbit Up at my last place. Downside: I might have to wait up to 4 Weeks until they install it - because they have to do all the wiring and stuff. So inno what I'll do until then. - Because playing with my current connection is near unpossible. Prolly build a PLO roll. - 2 Tabling 10PLO should be doable. And it will cause me a lot less pain when I timeout on a double suited rundown with $10 stacks, than when I timeout on Aces with $100 stacks. |

good news: Internet works for the time being. bad news: -$500 today Made some horrible plays lately... stuff that shouldn't happen. When I plan to c/r/f, and I c/r/call I should just quit. Made some bad mistakes HU against a reg who thinks I'm horrible. I ended up representing exactly what I had because of FPS. Some bad habits from playing deep stacked have started creeping in. 100bb deep you just can't call every 3b in position. Tomorrow I'll try to nit it up a bit. All the new regs should have me at 20/16 with a pretty huge position 3b%. I'll try to take advantage of that. |

Reviewed yesterdays session. I'm tilting way more than I thought. It's hard to realize because I just widen my ranges here and there a little bit. Since I'm already lagg as fuck by default, this can become quite costly. Dropped a couple of BI at the start of the session without doing anything wrong, and then I just loose a shitload of hands at non-showdowns because I take some hands way too far. Back to business as usual it looks like. First session about +$300 in 2h Second session - dropped 600 in 20 min. -$100 at the end of the day. I just hope it doesn't lead me to make stupid adjustments. I think a lot of my calls were correct even though I ran into the nuts over and over again. right now FTP is trying to reconnect me for about 10 min. So I think that's it for today. I needs better internetz really bad. |

I've cashed out 4.5k this year, and I still have 5k in my FTP account - I still can still pwn 100NL. moving down to 50NL will just cut down my hourly and not do much else for me. No update for 5 days and I'm on page 2 of Blogs and Operations. wtf I'll have to go back to daily updates then... fml. 21st: 4h +$133 22nd 5.5h +$11 23rd 5h +$144 -250 live live poker is rigged. today: 3h +$134 Life variance: while driving home the exhaust fell off... or at least it sounded like it. Turned out it was just slightly broken and scraping against the left rear tire. I ran hugely above EV tho cuz the drivers club guy was there in 10 minutes and fixed it in 5. I got to get a new exhaust soon tho. Now I got to get a good nights sleep because tomorrow morning the glass fiber man is coming! I've been looking forward to that for a month. I hope it will be everything I thought it would be!

yesterday: 4h +$73 Today 4h +$577 Since I've last checked my squeeze % has gone up a lot and is now > my 3b% I'm getting more comfortable playing trashy hands in position, and generally I think I've improved my bet sizing with low spr. And I'm following up on reads a lot more. Mainly because I'm a lot more comfortable putting stacks in now that I have almost 100BI for the level. Keeping it 12 tables or less, and being disciplined enough to close tables when it's getting too much has also helped. I really need to practice EV calculations and combinatorics stuff. I'm way too soft in the head. I think I have a really good grasp of bet sizing and timing tells and understanding feeshus thought process, but most of the time I couldn't give you a reason for what I'm doing... there's definitely a lot of room for improvement. |
