 i just went and got rid of the option to always show my email...silly me...i shoulda known better.

wuz gonna strongly suggest that very thing. and spam is the least of your problems.

scammers have used this info to initiate IM contact with FTRers in the past which has resulted in computers being hacked, poker passwords being stolen and poker accounts being cleaned out, for not insignificant sums either.
