Ok, this seems to be a new thing that I don't remember from the past, but it seems that people can PM anyone without posting and we are getting spammers via PM without posting. Is it not possible to have PM's disabled until a certain amount of posts? Maybe allow PM'ing to mods and Admins immediately but not to reg members?

I saw a large truck with the letters pms on the side this morning.
They think it stands for "Personal Mailing Service" but I really know what it stands for. It stands for "They are Idiots".
