Post subject: No Cake Rakeback with FTR

I signed up on Cake using the instructions from the FTR site and was expecting a 33% rakeback. After a couple weeks of play and no sign of any rakeback I contacted Cake support and they told me FlopTurnRiver is not one of their rakeback affiliates.
Is this true?
I also sent an email to the FTR support emails regarding this issue, but have not heard back.
Anyone else having this issue. Is there anything I can do to resolve it?
