Ive been playing PP NL50 and winning most of the time. My problem is my winnings arent that big. Over the last two months My winnings have been around 400 so thats 200 per month 50 per weak and about 10 a day. So Im winning 1/5 the buy in.

My Play is to raise with premium hands. Sometimes raise with lower pairs if the table is tight. Call suited connectors and drawing hands such as K10, KJ, A10 and so on. Will fold Axoff suite but will call Ax suited. And when I say call with drawing hands I will call if the pot will be less then 1/10 my stack and at least half the players in. Meaning I dont have to put that much into the pot to see the flop.

So What do you think of my strategy and if my daily winning is right as far as $xBB then shouldI jsut move up to larger blinds?

Thanks your opinions are appreciated.

About how many hands are you playing per day?

$10/day = 10 BB/day (assuming the blinds are .25/.50). If you're playing about 200 hands, that's a pretty good return if you maintain it. So then yes, moving up would be the way to increase it. That said, make sure you have the funds to support moving up before you do so. Currently one downswing at NL$100 could eat your entire bankroll.

I think you said your problem in your own question. Sounds like you play by too many rules "I raise with this....call with this...do this, do that". It is very easy for a decent player to catch on and exploit this. I would say try mixing it up some. Let your "rules" not depend on the cards but on other players, position, table image etc. Its easy enough to jsut play the cards and win money at lower levels bc there are so many bad players. But if move up where everyone is better and try to just play the cards and play by rules you will get owned.

I'd play fewer hands like KJ, AT, KT (especially in early/middle position), and also less suited Ax hands except maybe in late position for cheap.
