I'm sitting here 3 players to the right of a 52/39/7. I'd LOVE to get to the seat to his left. I've watched 5 players off the list fill that seat over the past our. Why don't they let you move seats? To do it, you'd have to go back on the waitlist then hope the seat opens when it's your turn. Once I had a shot where there was no list, so I left the table and tried to rejoin, but someone else beat me to it and I had to take my old seat to stay in the game.
Any idea why this feature is not included on any of the major poker sites?

I am on tons of waiting lists and constantly looking for better seats. There are other tables and other fish. Worrying about something you can't do anything about is just unnecessary and is just the nature of the online game.

I can imagine it now. People spazzing out and jumping all over the place on the table, trying to find some strategical advantage over everyone else, or simply doing it to upset others.

Pretty hard. Do you hold the seat open for a period, when only those sitting at the table can take it, slowing down those not at the table from joining and maybe annoying people at the table who are beaten in the race to get to that seat? Or do you have a waiting list for every seat at a table? That's without worrying about what to do when a seat becomes vacant when a hand is just dealt - do you prevent them moving until the end of the hand? How do you stop people moving round the table to miss paying the blinds? What if they have more than the permitted buy in for the table......
