Favorite players or players you try to mold your game after...

My favorite player is Phil Ivey...I like everything about him. Hands down I believe top 5 most dangerous players in the World in any tourney.
BIG SLICK.

Watching a Hellmuth meltdown can brighten anybody's day. I recommend a search on www.youtube.com for "Hellmuth" -- particularly the High Stakes Poker clips. I almost felt bad for the guy.

I love watching Farha - Greenstein bores me to tears - The asian dudes are crazy to watch most times....Favorite though has to be sammy - guy just has no letup in him - relentless and i admire it - I wish i had 1/2 of his nerve - or even 1/4

Lederer - just for the way that he thinks about the game.

Closley followed by Gus Hansen and Daniel Negranu

Barry Greenstein, because he proved that one can be successful at poker and still be a reasonably cultured human being.

Dan Harrington - The guy's a machine and his books have become almost like bibles.

For the flip side, Phil Laak. Unpredictable, talented and yet relatively normal. He doesn't take the game too seriously and seems like a fun person to play against.
