I've recently gone over to cash games and have played 10NL to take a $30 deposit on Pacific up to $150. I understand that I did this without a roll and am still under-rolled but it was just play money as I hadn't played cash before and just wanted to dip my toes in the water.
Anyway, I'm starting to feel v. confident at 10NL and seem to be improving every time I play. Clearly, my bankroll is too small to begin shot taking at 25NL but ultimately that's may aim.
Now, I don't really like Pacific (I've had issues with the client amongst other things) but I'm not sure where to go. Any thoughts here would be great.
However, will I be able to clear any bonuses with the roll I have? If not, might I be better staying where I am until I'm playing 25NL and can then start some proper bonus whoring?
All advice gratefully receieved.

I just moved from Pacific, I'm playing $25NL at Everest, my recommendation.
$100 deposit bonus - its credited automatically i think - you can get an extra $50 with a bonus code, and the bonus is released as you earn it.
Playing $25NL 6max it releases at about $1 per 100 hands = +2ptbb/100 (ill check this when I get home, pretty sure thats right). I dont know if thats any good as far as bonuses go, its the first one I've done, sounds good to me though.
Dont know how fast it will clear at $10NL though, but you get fractional points so it will clear at $10NL (the pot doesnt have to be a minimum size or anything)
You'll find the play at Everest comparable to Pacific.
No rakeback as far as I know.

everest 25nl 6max are one of the juciest tables i´ve played so far.
party´s/empire´s bonus is pretty easy to clear even at 10nl, they count only "raked hands", no matter what limit you play or how much the pot is raked.

the bonus at everest is hard to clear at 10nl and when i played there recently, they changed their bonus release conditions, the reload bonus was no more released in increments as u earn it, tho i dont know if this is true for the sign up bonus. if it is, $100 at 10nl will be a lot of work.

I'm doing the sign up bonus at the moment, its realeased in increments, into your account at the end of each session. But as for how fast it clears at $10NL I dont know.
Looked at PT last nite, it clears at $1.30 per 100 hands at SH $25NL.
As you get fractional points, my guess is it will clear at (about) the same rate (~~2.5ptbb/100) so $0.50/100 - or 20.000 hands!!
Party and Empire are 20% bonuses i think, so you need $500 to get the full bonus, but it does clear very easy, 500 raked hands I think.
I waited till my roll was $500 to start bonus whoring, they probably all too slow to clear at $10NL (and I just realise this answers your origonal question - I should read posts properly - sorry!!)
