I'm thinking in terms of training for poker - meaning playing with low risk for a while. I've tried micro limits but they seem to be filled with maniacs which makes play frustrating. Play money tables are useless.
Where are the best places to play for low limits where you can get a decent game in your experience?

From reading reviews of sites pokerstars seems to have better players than most other sites.

PokerStars does have better players as well as microlimits.
But if you have a small Bankroll, go to The Gaming Club, they offer a $200 bonus for only a deposit of $20. There are restrictions, but go to the site and figure it out. They offer micros and their players arent too good, but good enough to not make you wonder sometimes.

Ive played UltimateBet for over 7 months now, on a $42 initial deposit. You cant lose it unless you tilt, no joke. Ive withdrawen a few times, played a fair few $50 and $100 tourneys, and had a lot of fun. Just put in like $20 and when it gets low drop down to the $1 SnGs to get it back.
