Table is very passive to my left. Villain is a regular that I've been playing with almost every session, so he knows how I play, and he knows I'll c-bet on this flop 100% of the time. He also plays fairly well, so I really expect him to defend here. So what do you do here?

I'm really confused with the HH. I never make it 10c to go... I always make it 16 in this spot, but then the rest of the betting doesn't make any sense. Anyway... let's assume I misclicked or something.

bet .20 on flop, then if he CiB like he did bump it up to $1. That will make it easier to get the rest in on the turn.
Poker is easy, it's winning at poker that's hard.

Please note that a min-raise is not a CiB.
Just playing to improve.

What is CiB?

The problem was that I thought he didn't need anything to raise me there and I didn't want him to give up. On the other hand I want to jack the pot up.
A more reasonable raise would have probably been been better, I think you're right.
