I'm use to flatting queens, but when should I be 3betting them? The only time I 3bet is when theres a min raise (and usually multiple callers) and against laggy players. Even against an att to steal I usually just flat and c/c flop, lead the turn.
Also today during my session I got 4bet for about 2x my 3bet and I folded since we didn't have odds to setmine. Thoughts?

u should be 3betting them when you have good equity vs his continuing range
and u know we cant accurately analyze a hand without a history and reads chung...cmon now.

very villain dependent. You need to get a grasp on their 3bet calling range, 4betting range, and stackoff range. Fwiw, I'm hardpressed to not 3bet QQ around the button in both 6m and FR, but that could be pretty stakes dependent since 200nl/400nl has more 3bet/4bet bluffing...
