I am slowly working my BR up playing 5 NL on stars. Everything is going pretty well. The one thing that gets to me is how fast the tables often break up. I will be playing on a full table which I prefer and then all of the sudden two people drop out then another next thing you know I am playing short handed poker. I was just curious what most FR players out there do when the table starts to get short handed. Do you bail or just camp out at the table and wait for more players to join in.
I often find myself changing tables five or six times while three tabling for about an hour.
Thanks in advance for your replies.

It depends *who* left the table. If two or three competent players left leaving a bunch of fools, great! If the fools all left and only competent players remain, I'm gone.

Depends on who is left. If the fish left and the good players are left, time to leave. If I'm left with players I've done well against, I stay. Generally I'm not that good against 2 players, so I bounce. Know your game and leave when its not optimal for you. Remember there is almost always a better table situation if you don't feel comfortable.

The main reason I usually leave is because it doesn't seem like there is enough money left on the table to make it worth my while. It seems like almost no one buys in full any more so more players at the table mean a better oppurtunity to play against people with deeper stacks. I hate picking up a big hand and there is no one there to pay me off.
