Can somebody tell me why I didn't win this hand. Shouldn't I have won with a higher kicker or am I missing something.

You both had Aces and Jacks with a 6 kicker. There was a 6 on the board which you 'shared'.

He pulled runner runner to counterfiet your two pair.
Your two pair is now aces and JACKS, not aces and SIXES.
Your hand is AAJJ6 (doesn't matter which 6, the one in your hand or the one on teh board) and your opponent's hand is AAJJ6 (the 6 on the board).

Damn.....how stupid of me. I was so upset because the JJ hit the board. I knew I had him when he went all in, and then the 2 jacks counterfeited it. Sorry for being dumb. Of course we both had the 6 on the board.
Thanks.
