What Starting cards you play if there a raise & a re-raise in front on preflop?
and which cards will you cap in those situations and which cards you will call and fold?

JB if your talking NL KK & AA. Always re-raise.
In position to a small raise QQ can be done as well.
But KK & AA are an automatic re-raise in my opininion in no limit.

In NL, just about any 2 with potential. That means any PP, the uglier the better, and small suited connectors or 1-gappers. Reason? If I hit a monster I'm definitely taking one or both of their stacks. <3 implied odds.
(And hope the first raiser decides not to punch it.)
