hi

i have 80 dollars at netteller.

for a beginner what level should i start out on and where you recommend to play at for low limit holdem?

i didnt do well on .50/1 on partypoker. i was losing -8.67/100 (BB/100). Total 806 hands.

the reason i play there was because i got 75 dollars free from instantbank web site and had to rake 500 hands at that level to get another 25 dollars. i survive after 806 hands and 500 raked hands and ended up getting 30 dollars total free.

so now i am ready to put 50 dollars of my own money plus the 30 dollars free i got. (total 80 dollars to play with)

thanks

I'd recommend starting on the .01/.02 tables at PokerStars. Especially if you've been losing at .50/1 tables on Party. You need to practice the game the right way and show yourself you can win before moving up any higher. PokerStars will force you to play smart since the level of competition there is tougher than the other sites. If you begin to win consistently over a few thousand hands, then you can probably pretty safely move to .02/.05 tables. Stay there a while until you can win consistently again, then move to .05/.10 tables. Etc, etc. If you start to get beat down, drop back a level and check for leaks.

Either .02/.04 or .05/.1 limit games. Pokerstars is a good place to play.
