anyone have any advice on that first hand? The HH pretty much sums up villain. I thought he would dump to that c/r though on the turn and i figured anything he could call there he'd call on the river too, so I just gave up with my bluffing efforts... advice on all streets welcome.

1st hand fold preflop?
2nd hand is not so bad since you are late position and you might be able to limp for the flush...
I know im a low stakes monkey but do you really have to open up that much as you move up or are you just on tilt?

The best thing to do on tilt is to stop playing have a wank/or a shag then smoke some shisha.
Hand 1. Personally i'd fire again on the turn if it goes to the river fire a third round(but i take my bluff and c-bets too far). If raised fold.
Hand 2. Nice

1st hand it folds to my CO, you can't limp, and against 3 random hands, I think A9o is usually worth a raise. If there are tricky, agressive players on my left, I'll just dump it...
The guy to my left just wouldn't fold to any flop bets though, so I'm pretty sure he has nothing (which I was right), so I pulled a c/r on the turn thinking he at least has to have SOMETHING better than A-high to call right? Guess I was wrong. River check after a smallish turn c/r looks really silly, but I thought it was best to just cut my losses...
Hand 2... it's my SB in a limped pot. If you aren't playing a suited ace there, god help us....
While I normally wouldn't stack off here with just trips, the game was quite good, and I was very confident I could stack off with a worse hand(s).

I don't like big r/r against calling stations with nothing. Those "i think my nothing is better than his nothing" decisions are messy.

First hand) I consider A6-ATo to be total crap hands in full ring. I do like the fact that if you're going to play it you at least raise. you've established position and aggression. I think you poorly played this hand postflop. As an op, I would not give you credit for the 6 or anything hit. Maybe a mid PP, depends on how the other cards turn out. I think your best play is to rep the 6 with a turn bet or use the K as a scare card. Instead you played it as an obvious missed hand, I don't think the CR on turn makes much sense.
2nd hand) Standard play from SB. Don't see much wrong as long as op isn't a good player and a boat is a likely hand for him, which in this case isn't.

Why are we trying to push him around here, then? Just show him a hand.

Good point. Fighting fire with fire burns both parties. Just smack him with a solid hand and put that bitch out.
