So what is it? I see it in a lot of posts and I just assumed it was
1. play premium hands
2. good hand = call/raise
3. bad hand = fold
4. no tricky stuff
could someone correct me if it's wrong?

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

Ya thats pretty much it. Its fit or fold. Its kinda like poker by the book... Its a good start for beginners in micro stakes, hard to get too off course. Spoon has written a lot of good short articles on ABC type poker for beginners (starting hands, what to do when you flop X...). You might want to try to look them up.

5. Villains pulling mad crazy bluffs ... um, yeah prolly not
If I could have all the $ back I'd spent in "You ain't got sh!t..." moments, I'd have, well, a lot more $
At micros 95% of the time it's either a) basic play or b) bad play. Ain't nobody with mad rational bluffing skillz pwning the tables at $5NL. If they bad, play them accordingly. If they solid basic play - believe what their bets are telling you.
