If you have pokertracker and are familiar with WtSD, what number would be considered "high" and what number would be considered "low"? What's a range for Full Ring?

I would like to use WtSD as a factor in my bluffing decisions as it reveals the utility of multi barrel bluffs but I really don't have an idea what numbers signify Loose and what numbers signify Tightie.
What's the difference between a large cheese pizza and a poker player?

I'm not sure what the one % means, is that High? Low? I was hoping for something along the lines of: range between X% and Y%, everything lower than X is Tightie and everything above Y is Loose

It depends.

How many hands are you playing? How loose/aggressive are your opponents? How strong are your hand reading skills? Do you tend to play big pots (where you have to showdown more often) or small pots (where you can make lots of weak laydowns)? How often are you making money by pricing your opponent out of a call? How often are they calling anyway?

I read on http://www.bet-the-pot.com (Not sure if the url is correct but whack into google to find the right one.) that below 30% is fine but above 30% is to much i.e your verging on becoming a calling station. (I think they said above 40% and your classed as a calling station!)

I have used thes figures withnin the pokertracker rules when auto rating players and it seems fairly accurate against my 10NL opponents.

Hope this helps.

Well with the help from you guys and some number crunching in my PT database I've come up with a preliminary approximation for Full Ring:

15-25%. That means if they're below 15% I won't hesitate to pull the trigger more than once and if it's above 25% I won't even think about it.
