It's easy. All you have to do is look at their hole cards like the ESPN coverage gives you. Then you just interpret their actions according to the hand they're holding.

Pretty sure trainer is being sarcastic cuz that's obviously about real life poker tells.

So you're asking if they give mixed signals, what that means? In my experience - more in life in general than in poker - certain 'habits' are unique to each person.. It's like, the way one person lies, it's how another person is how is being serious.. but once you know "how" one person lies, you can always catch him. Same in poker.. once you figure out what certain body language means for a person, then you can read em easily.

Generally though, if someone "acts strong" then he is bluffing..
Sarcasm is your body's natural defense against stupidity

Caro wrote about it in the book of tells.
Mixed tells are usually in case of a person trying to act, but unintenntionaly gives a real tell. You have to figure out which is the act and which is real.

Lukie is on a distinguished road
In general, when someone is acting forceful (ie stern voice, staring you down, etc) they're weak, and when they are acting weak (trying to be friendly, looking away, not paying attention, etc), they're strong.

Just a GENERAL rule, and basically, if you have no interest in reading caro's book of tells, that's by far his biggest point throughout the book (this could be wrong, as I only glanced through it for a little bit a couple times and I've read bits and pieces about it on FTR, 2p2, etc.).
