Okay so, here is a model of your brain.
Each of those circles represents some capacity you have for thought and focus. So if you are grinding and surfing FTR, your brain probably looks something like this:
The blue dots do cool stuff like make us breathe and let us get out of the room if our computer catches on fire and tells us when we need to find a bottle to piss in. The purple dots, those gay little dots, are you reading FTR. The green dots are the shit, because those are the ones concentrating on playing poker and making money. We like green dots, but purple dots help us play longer, so there's a balance. With that observation, here's your brain when you start bitching about something, anything, while you're playing poker:
Those red dots are the evil flying Wizard of Oz monkeys of your brain. When you bitch, they take over the green and purple dots. The result is that you start sucking worse at poker than you already do (less green dots) and you stop having as much fun playing (less purpose dots).
So what I'm trying to say is, stop bitching. About anything. Period.
