You may regret getting it all in that late. You don't want your opponent to catch up without costing him. I would rethink my strategy.

Preflop because he donk min raised I usually ignore the bet size if I've got a big pair and make it like $2-$2.50 at least so no one else feels the urge to come in. $2.75 actually looks pretty uninviting for any over-callers, and it's only slightly less than what you're 3-bet would be if he made a 4x raise pre.

Then you get a (hopefully) heads up 3-bet pot with AA rahter than a 4 way donk picnic.

lol @ donk picnic.

I like raising more pre also. I really don't think we can c/f river with this size of pot so why not stick it in yourself and not allow his smaller pps to check it back.

Even If we are so sure that if he bets the river that we're beat by a house and can confidently c/f here, I still think smaller 2 pairs are a way bigger part of his range and we're losing value by not sticking it in when he's so obligated to call due to pot size.

Relatively std imo.
