FTR is in the process of updating and reorganizing some of the existing forum digests. I believe the BC digest, along with the BC FAQ sticky, could use being updated as well.
If you guys have any posts/threads/videos that you feel is worthy of being added to the Digest, then please feel free to reply to this thread leaving a link to the article. These articles will be reviewed and might benefit the community by adding it to the digest so it's more readily accessible.
Please use discretion in your choices. The threads would need to involve relatively rich discussion in which individuals who read the information will feel as if they have gained something valuable to their growth as a poker player. Articles, or posts, that you remember reading that helped you understand a concept or theory would be great for this.
I know individuals, such as Robb, have found numerous articles that would benefit from being moved into the digest. So please, if you guys could help me out and link me to some of these, I would appreciate it greatly.
Also, any thoughts or ideas on reoccurring topics that should be added to the BC FAQ would be great as well. Things, such as, poker/forum acronyms, poker basics, forum basics, as well as threads that appear on FTR with a high frequency (What books do you recommend?, etc), would be great to throw into an updated FAQ. Which will aid in keeping the BC forum clean, and efficient, as we can then just link to the stickies with a greater confidence that the questions will be answered.

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

There is a great thread that was started by Lukie about the 10x rule that had the discussion regarding calling for set odds. IT really explained a lot about what is required to call w/PP's preflop.

gabe's KK on A high flop is in the S&G section I believe but is a great concept thread that has given plenty of newer players their first AHA moment. It's very relative to cash games.

I don't know if you guys have the very basic rules of poker. Just how to play it, what beats what. I had used this link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_poker_hands about a year ago.

I also think that if he didn't mind it, Robb's operation should be stickied in the digest. He gives good info and has some great articles/threads to link to.

Btw, where in TN are you? I'm from Columbia, and attend MTSU.

Townsend in Blount County... about 30 minutes from Knoxville... and not a poker room in sight. There's a casino in Cherokee, NC on the other side of the Smokies but they only have video poker.
I think beginners would be well served to read Jyms' op in combination with the Noobie Circle of Death thread. There's been times where I've though about tilting off the entire roll and I know I ain't the only one.

I think Jasons blog should be required reading for all BC players and well worthy of inclusion in the digest. Alternatively , Maybe he could just cut out the retrospectives at each level and put them into one post for inclusion in the digest.
