I use neteller. I havnt actually cashed out anything yet but it works well with moving money between poker sites and (hopefully) its pretty simple to withdraw to your bank account. You just link it to a bank acount so they can transfer directly to your bank when you want to cash out.

Get a $ Neteller account. The only time you have to worry about currency changing charges is when you take it out of neteller, i.e. once, rather than every time if you use a £ account.

Yea make sure you set up neteller in USD otherwise you will have to pay everytime you want to move money between sites.
Set up neteller in USD and link it to a bank account in GBP
