should hero call here? Villain is almost unknown, no reliable stats.
the more i think about it it becomes an easy fold.

flat pre-, check/call flop, min check-raise turn rarely means top pair is good... river shove pretty much confirms you're f-ked

I'd definitely fold on the river. Matter of fact, I think you're beat on the turn. Top pair is USUALLY beat if you bet 1/2 of the pot or more and are reraised.
