This is sick ive played about 4 sngs today i got like 3/3/1/x or something like . Ive turned 20 into about 60 bucks in 2 days....

Seat 1: TB Lude ($1,500 in chips)
Seat 2: rosica ($1,490 in chips)
Seat 3: zanpher717 ($1,480 in chips)
Seat 4: sunshinethm ($1,500 in chips)
Seat 5: DjHavok ($1,500 in chips)
Seat 6: rolln ($1,500 in chips)
Seat 7: xrob-- ($1,480 in chips)
Seat 8: Vince C ($1,480 in chips)
Seat 9: RIPJohnGotti [KS,AH] ($1,720 in chips)
Seat 10: Bulldog777 ($1,350 in chips)



ANTES/BLINDS
zanpher717 posts blind ($10), sunshinethm posts blind ($20).

PRE-FLOP
DjHavok folds, rolln calls $20, xrob-- bets $125, Vince C folds, RIPJohnGotti calls $125, Bulldog777 folds, TB Lude folds, rosica folds, zanpher717 bets $220, sunshinethm folds, rolln folds, xrob-- calls $105, RIPJohnGotti calls $105.

FLOP [board cards 9D,KC,QC ]
zanpher717 bets $20, xrob-- calls $20, RIPJohnGotti bets $400, zanpher717 calls $380, xrob-- calls $380.

TURN [board cards 9D,KC,QC,6D ]
zanpher717 checks, xrob-- bets $100, RIPJohnGotti bets $750, zanpher717 calls $750, xrob-- folds.

RIVER [board cards 9D,KC,QC,6D,AD ]
zanpher717 bets $100 and is all-in, RIPJohnGotti calls $100.

SHOWDOWN
zanpher717 shows [ KD,KH ]
RIPJohnGotti shows [ KS,AH ]
zanpher717 wins $3,730.


This is sick maybe i should back off after he called the half sized bet there was a str8 draw and newbs do call with k/q i guess thats what i shoulda done. This was the 2nd hand in a row that i got dealt a/k i shoulda known it was gonna be bad luck....Maybe i shouda bet a 1/3 and not half?

Any tips...

Im guessing i shoulda bet about a 1/3 of bet on the flop then if a call proceed cautiously beacuse the board was so scary...

biggest red flags in this hand

1. his preflop reraise. He has the goods. you don't see many blind stealing moves until much higher sngs/tournaments. He either flopped a set or has AA.

2. he min bets the flop, then cold calls your raise after showing a lot of pf strength. i'm check folding from there on out knowing i'm beat.
take your ego out of the equation and judge the situation dispassionately

early in sng's i play small pots with these kinds of hands. You have plenty of chips and plenty of time to find another spot to double up on.
take your ego out of the equation and judge the situation dispassionately
